I’m pretty sure my 23andMe test kit is going to come back 75% Irish/25% Real Estate. My grandfather started his own real estate agency in 1937 at just 22, my mom has been an agent for 40+ years and I’ve spent 15+ years in the trenches.

Now, 82 years after my grandfather - and at 42, not 22 - I’ve started my own agency referring buyers & sellers to the perfect real estate agent for them in Chicago & surrounding suburbs. And I’m giving 20% of net profits to Families Helping Families Chicagoland because we have so many neighbors who need help just keeping the home they have and feeding their children.
